Changes to the RMFMS Insurance

There has been a change in the Federation Liability Insurance in that there is now a $50 charge to cover the "Additional Insured" coverage. A new form "Additional Insured Request Form" is being sent to all clubs in the same letter announcing the House of Delegates Meeting. The new form gives the instructions on how to process the form and to make the payment to Gene Maggard, RMFMS Treasurer. The form is sent directly to our insurance agent, Brown & Brown Insurance of Colorado. The addresses are on the form. For convenience I'll give them here.
