Yes, it is that time, again.  For the annual report, dues and optional club liability insurance. The Report, Dues and Insurance form is attached.  Please, fill out ALL of the club general information.  We continue to have some clubs that think that we are able to somehow know all about their club without their filling anything out other than the dues information.

For those clubs that have had a credit for the optional liability insurance, those credits are mostly gone.  The few clubs that still have some remaining credit are shown in the following list.  Please apply the credit as instructed in the report form.

                Remaining Insurance Credits

     Club                                                       Remaining Credit

White Mountain Gem and Mineral club               2.25

Also, please note on the report form that the insurance premium has been reduced to $.60/member from $.75/member.  The reduction is to get us to a break-even rate with our total dues premium from our insurer.  We did have a claim this year in the amount of approximately $2,700, due to a trip at a club show.  We will not know if the claim has any impact on our premium until we receive the premium invoice in March.  We hope that there is no negative impact.

The due date for the report is 12-15-11.  If your organization elects officers in Jan., let me know when you can have your report to us in Jan. with the updated and correct officers' information.  We can stand some late reports but we need to get most reports in by mid Dec.

Please let me know if you have any questions.
